It is interesting to work out how the English is derived from the Hawaiian. I had to go to the dictionary at Ulukau to understand the meaning of paha (Part. Maybe, perhaps, probably, possibly, may, might (very common, used to make speech less blunt and more conciliatory, something like English use of the conditional mode; it frequently follows ʻaʻole and pēlā, and never occurs after a pause). and, quite a few other words.
I find it more interesting to work with real world scenarios like these.
